Well, we finally got the news that “Truth Social” had a start date, and that the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, would have an opportunity to voice his controversial and down-to-earth opinions on a major social media platform for the first time since he was banned on Twitter early 2021.
Mr. Trump joined Truth Social on February 10, 2022, and then the frenzy began. Instantly the app received millions of downloads and the waiting list grew exponentially. Consequently, many who have joined the waiting list for the Truth social still haven’t been able to create an account and aren’t able to view a lot of its content.
For all of you out there not yet on the app and wondering what President Trump is up to, you might be disappointed. After all, a major part of being on Truth Social was the anticipation of viewing the unfiltered, honest updates from Mr. Trump himself—something he became well known for on his late Twitter account.
Trump has only created one “Truth,” TS’s equivalent to a Tweet, and it’s one-month-old.
It reads, “Get Ready! Your favorite President will see you soon!” Apparently, Mr. Trump is too busy planning for his 2024 return to the White House to spend time even on his own social media platform.
