Just before Fox News Business broke the story this morning that Elon Musk is possibly setting up a move to buy Twitter within the next 10 days, Mr. Musk himself tweeted out a statement appearing to read, "Tonight is the night."
According to the New York Post, the billionaire, who is Twitter's second-largest shareholder, is planning to launch another offer in about 10 days.
The report showed evidence that the world's richest man has contacted Morgan Stanley to raise another $10 billion in order to acquire Twitter.
This news comes after Twitter's move to adopt a "poison pill," discussed in detail here, drew harsh scrutiny from Twitter's users, lawmakers, and even Twitter's founder, Jack Dorsey.
Ron Desantis, Republican Gov. from Florida, went so far as to announce in a press conference Tuesday that the state will seek out ways to hold Twitter's board "accountable" for their poison pill designed to stop Musk's takeover of the company.

Yeah, it would not surprise me if the most successful businessman in our generation was able to acquire Twitter. This could end up being a more important buy than many relize.
