In his second State of the Union Address, President Biden called on Congress to expand Medicare and make the Affordable Care Act permanent, according to a report by The Epoch Times.
Joe Biden had numerous plans to expand insurance coverage. NPR reported that chief among them was President-elect Joe Biden's strategy of lowering the eligibility age for Medicare from 65 to 60.
